Small and medium-sized business optimism
GC worked with a multinational enterprise technology company to understand the views and priorities of small- and medium-sized businesses in the US. We conducted a large, representative survey of SMEs to explore levels of optimism about the wider economy, extent of concern about potential business challenges, and perceived impact of a number of actual and potential policy initiatives on their businesses. The findings were used to shape the client’s policymaker and customer engagement strategy.
